This is my go to Hybrid Yoga & Calisthenics workout for a Goddess Physique, sharp focus and meditations for grounding and inner peace.

Yoga & Calisthenics are two of my favorite ways of movement. One works on my body, the other one taps into my soul, bringing my consciousness to the present moment. I’ve been on a healing journey for a few years now, and I’ve dedicated a lot of time to developing self devotional rituals that have helped heal myself so I created this series for others that want to tap into that Goddess Energy that has helped me evolve and heal so much in this chapter of my life.

I bring to you The Mindful Goddess workout and meditation split. This is my weekly practice to nourish my mind, body and soul. A hybrid mix of Yoga, Calisthenics and Meditation.

Inside you’ll find four videos you can follow along to, they’re roughly 30-35 min long each, starting with stretching, flow based movements and finishing with self-affirming meditations to help you ground yourself and start the day with the right energy.

This workout split will help you condition yourself and work towards three skills at the same time, so you’ll never get bored of your practice, keeping it challenging and fun, which is the perfect recipe for achieving the flowstate headspace.

You’ll learn how to condition your body to achieve three main skills:

  • Splits (front and straddle)
  • Inversions: crow pose, headstands, handstand
  • Pull ups

These skills are the staple of calisthenics and intermediate to advanced Yoga skills, so it will open the possibilities to learning new ways to move and bend your body in ways I never thought possible.

How to use this guide:

I follow this split in the following way, but feel free to mix and match as your heart desires.

Monday: Legs + splits conditioning + practice

Tuesday: Push + Handstand conditioning + practice

Wednesday: Back + Backbending practice

Thursday: Pull + Pull up conditioning and practice

Friday: Legs + splits conditioning + practice

Saturday: Play around free flowing or rest day

Sunday: rest day

You don’t need any equipment to achieve the same results I have, but my general recommendation for accessories that you’ll certainly love are:

  • Resistance band
  • Yoga wheel
  • A non-slip Yoga mat
